UK Postgraduate Courses with January Intakes

Life in the UK

The majority of UK master's degrees have intakes at the beginning of the academic year, in either September or October. However, some have January start dates. With applications closed for many courses beginning this year, the January 2018 intake is your current closest date for starting a UK postgraduate course. One benefit of a course that starts in January is that you can complete any pre-sessional courses needed, for example you could start a three month one in September, and then go straight into your master's programme. No having sit around waiting for your course to start, or, even better, no flying back and forth from home to the UK!

Not every UK university offers January intakes, therefore you do have slightly fewer options. However, there is still plenty to choose from! In order to save you searching around the internet, Team AppUK have come up with your ultimate list of UK master's programmes with January start dates.
